Shipping, Mailing & Refunds
Refund Policy
Printed products may not be returned. All sales are final. However, Modern has a history and reputation of making things right for customers. If you have an issue with an order, we are more than happy to discuss a fair and equitable resolution. No refunds will be granted once MP begins your order. Additionally, no partial refunds will be provided for work not completed. Design fees may still apply and be charged if work is done, according to our refund policy, even if the work is not printed. All refunds due to an overpayment (including postage) on a particular account are available upon customer request.
Shipping Options Available
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. UPS 2 Day Air and Next Day Air options are available. All orders are shipped out on the last day of production turnaround time.
Mailing Options
Orders being mailed directly from Modern Postcard typically mail 2 business days after the last day of production turnaround time. Orders requiring inserting or additional mailing services may take longer. Postage options include First Class (3-5 day delivery nationwide), Marketing Mail (5-15 day delivery nationwide), and Nonprofit Standard Mail (5-15 day delivery nationwide). Please contact a representative if you have specific timing needs.
